Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?Unfortunately, we do not allow guests to accompany clients during appointments. This policy helps maintain a tranquil environment for everyone.

Can I cancel my appointment?Yes, you may cancel your appointment as long as it is done 48-hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48-hours will forfeit the deposit. This policy helps ensure availability for other clients.

Do you offer refunds?We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit cards, debit cards as well as cash( In person services only). No Paypal or checks.

Do you offer financing options?Yes, we offer financing options for products through Affirm, Afterpay and Klarna. For services, we provide financing via Vagaro Pay Later, making all our services and products accessible to everyone.

What are consent and Intake forms, and why do I need to complete them?Consent and intake forms are essential documents that ensure you understand the service being provided, along with any potential risks, while also helping your esthetician address your skin’s unique needs. Completing these forms protects both you and the service provider by confirming your agreement to receive treatments. We prioritize your safety, and having this information on file allows us to tailor our services specifically to you.

Why do I need to fill out the forms before my appointment?We will email /text the forms to you, and we ask that you will fill them out and return them at least 4 days before your appointment date. Completing these forms helps us determine if you are a good candidate for the service, as certain products you may be using could affect your eligibility for extractions or other treatments. Additionally you may need to discontinue certain products before your appointment to reduce skin sensitivity and prepare your skin for the treatment. How soon can I book my appointment?You may book your appointment 30 days in advance and 7 days before the desired appointment date. We recommend you book your monthly appointment as soon as possible after your service to ensure your desired date and time is secured.

What happens if I arrive late to my appointment?We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. However, please note that any time lost due to a late arrival will be deducted from your scheduled service.If you arrive after the grace period, we may need to adjust your treatment accordingly to respect the schedules of our other clients. If you are late past the 15-minute mark your appointment will be cancelled and you forfeit your deposit. We recommend arriving on time to prevent any inconveniences. We appreciate your understanding!

What is the age requirement for treatments?Clients under 18 years of age must have parental consent to receive treatments. A parent or guardian must fill out and sign the standard consent and Intake form , as well as a separate consent form specifically authorizing the minor to undergo the treatment. This ensures that all necessary precautions are taken for younger clients. The forms will be emailed/ texted to you after your appointment has been confirmed.
